About Megan Bergman

Megan Bergman graduated from the University of Queensland in 1996. Initially she worked and ran a busy sports practice in Cairns, including providing physiotherapy services for state and national level hockey and basketball teams. Megan spent two years working throughout England and a 2-year period in Asia raising her two sons. Returning to Brisbane with her family, Megan’s passion for Women’s Health has led to continued ongoing education and training undertaking many courses with the APA, Women’s Health Training Associates, NOI Explain Pain and a Carolyn Vandyken course on utilising screening questionnaires for persistent pelvic pain. Megan enjoys working with women experiencing bladder or bowel issues, pelvic pain or prolapse and she fits pessaries.

Megan also works with our male clients experiencing bladder, bowel and pelvic pain issues, and occasionally sees our paediatric patients (children) with continence and bowel issues. Megan enjoys sharing her knowledge by tutoring the next generation of pelvic health physiotherapists with the APA.

Megan is an avid bushwalker and enjoys spending time in her garden. Megan loves to help clients achieve their goals and take control of their bodies.

Megan’s favourite qoute:

“To move, to breathe, to fly, to float, To gain all while you give, To roam the roads of lands remote, To travel is to live.”
