About Laura McAdam

Laura McAdam graduated from the Australian Catholic University (ACU) with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy with First Class Honours. She began her career in the hospital system before moving into private practice, where she has focused on musculoskeletal physiotherapy, Women’s Health, and clinical Pilates. Laura has worked extensively with rowers at GPS and club level and has taught antenatal and postnatal exercise classes. She has furthered her passion for Women’s Health through post-graduate courses with the Australian Physiotherapy Association.

Laura is dedicated to helping women achieve their goals and maintain confidence in the activities that matter to them. She understands the physical and mental benefits of staying active, whether exercising, gardening, or spending time with family. Laura also enjoys tutoring first-year anatomy at ACU. Outside of work, she enjoys rowing, running, travelling, and spending time with her husband, adult children, and young grandchildren.
