About Haleh Fahham

With more than 16 years of physiotherapy experience, including over a decade specialising in Women’s and Pelvic Health, Haleh is passionate about helping women overcome complex pelvic health concerns and regain confidence in their bodies. She has extensive experience supporting women with bladder and bowel dysfunction, bowel management, pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapse, pregnancy and postnatal recovery, and rehabilitation following gynaecological surgery, including endometriosis surgery, hysterectomy, and prolapse repair.

Haleh understands that pelvic health concerns can affect every aspect of a woman’s life, from work and exercise to relationships and everyday confidence. She takes the time to listen, understand each person’s experience, and develop an individualised treatment plan that reflects their symptoms, goals, and lifestyle. Whether helping someone recover after surgery, manage the symptoms of endometriosis, improve bladder or bowel control, or return to exercise after having a baby, Haleh provides compassionate, evidence based care tailored to each individual.

For women experiencing pelvic organ prolapse, Haleh offers expert pessary fitting and ongoing management as part of a personalised treatment plan. A pessary can be an effective non-surgical option to reduce prolapse symptoms, improve comfort, support bladder function, and help women continue with work, exercise, and everyday activities. Haleh takes the time to ensure each pessary is fitted correctly, provides education and practical advice, and offers regular follow up to optimise comfort, safety, and long term success.

Combining advanced clinical expertise with a collaborative approach, Haleh works alongside her patients to reduce pain, restore movement and pelvic floor function, optimise bladder and bowel health, and support lasting improvements in quality of life. She is committed to helping women understand their condition, feel confident in their recovery, and achieve meaningful, long term outcomes.

Outside of work, Haleh enjoys hiking, exploring nature, painting, and pursuing personal growth.
